While regular use of WhatsApp is free, businesses that grow their business using the WhatsApp Business API will incur charges for sending customer messages. WhatsApp conversation pricing is based on the customer's country code and your message template. Please see our article about conversation-based pricing for more details.

Conversations are message threads between you and your customers. Conversations can last up to 24-hours and must be initiated by you (business-initiated) or your customers (user-initiated). Customers can initiate a conversation by sending you any type of message, but you can only initiate a conversation with a template message. There are four types of conversations.

WhatsApp fee is not included in the YCloud subscription. However, you will be able to top up your wallet on our platform and YCloud will automatically deduct the fees incurred in your wallet at the WhatsApp rate.

The free version is valid forever, and you don't need to provide us with your credit card information to access the free version.

You can experience almost all the features of YCloud and use the WhatsApp messaging API without restrictions. We only charge for WhatsApp conversations.

Cancel： Before the end of the billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the features and limitations of your plan. The subscription will be automatically canceled after the plan expires. Additionally, we do not refund any payments made for your existing subscription or wallet.

Upgrade：go to the Billing > Subscription of the Backend, select “Upgrade” button , and choose a more appropriate plan.
