Select Qimai in YCloud Integrations and enter your open id and grant code.

Copy the unique webhook URL generated by YCloud and add it to the matching Qimai account.

About the Qimai WhatsApp integration

Quick answers about supported events, setup, webhooks, and data protection.

It connects Qimai order and membership events to YCloud Journey so approved WhatsApp template messages can be sent automatically. Qimai produces the store events, while YCloud orchestrates, sends, and tracks the messages.
You need the Qimai open id and grant code. Enter both in YCloud Integrations to install the integration and generate your tenant-specific webhook URL.
The integration supports 11 events: order placed, ready for pickup, refunded, canceled, rider delivered, coupon acquired, coupon expired, points earned, points expired, points spent, and membership-tier upgraded.
Each YCloud tenant receives a unique webhook URL. Add that URL to the corresponding Qimai account.
After installation, select a Qimai event as a Journey trigger, then configure the WhatsApp template, variables, conditions, and follow-up actions.
The open id and grant code are partially masked in the YCloud interface, and integration data is isolated by tenant.
