Do I need to write code?
No custom code is needed for workflows built with supported Zapier triggers and the YCloud WhatsApp template action. Choose the apps and events in Zapier, map the message fields, test the workflow, and publish it. Webhook-based workflows require additional configuration.
Which WhatsApp messages can I send?
The YCloud app on Zapier provides a Send WhatsApp Template Message action. Use an approved template that is active in YCloud, configure the sending and receiving numbers, choose the language, and map the template variables. Send messages only to recipients with the required consent.
